Dx bushing
DX bushing is is filled POM modified polyethylene resin for the inner surface of the layer, three layers composite self-lubricating materials, DX bushing is a positive boundary lubricating materials, so especially suitable for high load of the rotating swing load movement and often difficult to open and close and the formation of hydrodynamic lubrication of bearings, thrust washers, slide, ball seat and other friction parts.
In our company, Dx bushing called MP20 series.
MP-20 series to fully exploit the micro-grease, in the boundary lubrication conditions, can not fuel a long-term maintenance. Completely oil-free lubrication conditions, MP-20 series friction performance and allow PV value is lower, so they are usually rolled out of the reservoir in the plastic surface pit assembly coated with lithium grease or silicone grease, etc..
