Info: BIM20 high tin aluminum bearing is a kind of material, which treats steel plate as base body, surface rolling-in AISn20Cu material. This product has middle level anti-fatigue strength and carrying capacity, good corrosion resistant performance, better sliding performance and other features.
This product can be used in middle and small power combustion motor bearing bush, train engine bearing bush, air axial compression bush. It is a kind of novel product which can replace Babbitt alloy.
Alloy layer material: AISn20Cu
Maximum loading bearing pressure: 30N/mm2
Highest using temperature: 150Degrees Celsius
Alloy layer hardness: HB30~40
