Info: DNB#500-1U oil gallery copper bush is brass bearing which uses oil gallery as lubrication. This product is equipped with traditional tin bronzer bearing function. Because it adopts brass, so its hardness is increased twice and it can be used in low speed situation. It has twice using life as long as bronze sleeve. So it has large loading pressure and suitable for heavy load situation using.
Currently, this product is mainly used in load-carrying joint part of excavator and large gear box.
Basal body material: CuZn25AL6Fe3Mn3
Limitation dynamic load: 100N/mm2
Basic hardness: HB210~270
Friction coefficient:<0.16
Maximum sliding speed: 1.5m/s
Maximum using temperature: 170Degrees Celsius
