Info: DNB#500-2 bronze inlaid bearing is manufactured on the basic of 6-6-3 bronze. It is a kind of solid lubricant product and is inlaid black lead or MoS2 solid lubricant. Because 6-6-3 bronze has higher density than brass, it can be used in high temperature low loading situations. It is very wear-resisting.
Currently, this product is widely used in fire place door, oven rollaway nest, rubber machinery, light industrial machinery, machine tool industry and other low loading, high temperature, middle speed and other situation.
Basal body: CuSn6Zn6Pb3
Limitation dynamic load: 60N/mm2
Base hardness: HB80~100
Friction coefficient:<0.15
Maximum using temperature: 350Degrees Celsius
Highest sliding speed: 2m/s
