Info: MP-10PEEK three times bearing is a kind of novel sliding bearing. It is combined with steel plate, copper powder layer, PEEK+filling material. Its property reflects in PEEK material. It belongs to high polymer, rating of temperature, wear-resisting, corrosion resisting material. Especially, in water lubrication and oil less lubrication situation, it has much better performance.
Because surface PEEK's wear-resisting layer has more than 0.1mm thickness, it has longer using life for MP10 material. Currently, it is used in high quality absorber guiding part, tank, and rocket go up and down part and machine tool sliding guide. It is a high performance products.
