Info: MP-20S lead free lubricated bearing is the improved product of MP-20. It is designed on the basic of steel back, middle firing ball shape bronze powder, surface rolling acetal resins and has lipophilicity fibre and special lubricant polymer material. The similar product is DS bearing in foreign country. It is suitable for dry friction and oil less situations at the normal temperature level. It is equipped with many advantages such as low friction coefficient, good wear-resisting property, oil free lubrication.
Currently, this product has been used in rocking motion, the situation easy attrition and corrosive, such as windlass, bulldozer, dyeing machine, coal mining machine and hoist, traveling crane high altitude workover rig and other situations.

Friction coefficient:0.04~0.20
Temperature scale: -40Degrees Celsius~130Degrees Celsius
Maximum sliding speed: 5m/s
Allowed the highest PV value: 25N/mm2.m/s
