Should pay attention to the purchase of irrigation machine
1. Irrigator must meet the standard requirements: buy sprinklers should first check whether their products meet national standards, sleeve bushing industry standards or local standards. No national standards, industry standards or local standards of sprinklers, should be above the provincial level technical supervision departments for the record of corporate standards.
2. Nozzle and pipe pressure must meet the requirements: the requirement should be based on scientific and rational selection of sprinkler heads and pipes, sprinkler heads depends not only on the quality of work performance, more importantly,DU bushing depends on the combination of work pressure nozzle and the branch pipe inlet pressure pipes is the irrigation district design.

Sprinklers should be noted in the course:
1. Preparing for Use: ① The V-belt drive, the power machine spindle and pump must be parallel to the pulley to be aligned,bushing the center distance of not less than two pulley diameter and 2 times. When the pump is connected with the power machine should be equipped with a common chassis, can be jaw-type flexible coupling, pay attention to the power machine spindle and pump shaft concentricity. ② pump mounting height (to absorb the pool water as the base) should be below the allowable height of suction on the vacuum 1-2 meters. Tube should be split into single-handling, moving against multiple sections together to prevent wear and damage to the pipes and joints. 2. Precautions: ① the pump starts, 3 minutes without water, should be down to check. ② pump operation in the event of irregularities (noise, vibration, water drop, etc.), should be immediately shut down, pay attention to bearing temperature, the temperature should not exceed 75 ℃. ③ The nozzle is working properly, whether the rotation is uneven, too fast or too slow, even rotation phenomenon. Observed shift is flexible, with or without anomalies. ④ should avoid excessive use of sediment concentration for irrigation water, or easy to wear the pump impeller and nozzle of the nozzle. Adjust the nozzle speed, can tighten or loosen the spring arm to achieve. Rocker was suspended support shaft in the arm, rotating adjustment screw bit into the water to adjust the depth of the head arm to control the head speed. Can be changed to adjust the position of reverse speed. Head speed of adjustment ⑤ good sign that does not produce surface runoff in the premise, as far as possible slow rotational speed, usually a small nozzle for the 1-2 minutes to 1 ring, the nozzle 3-4 minutes to 1 ring, large nozzle 5-7 minutes to 1 lap.
3. Unit maintenance.
① loose parts on the unit should be promptly tightened. ② The lubrication of the lubrication sites to time to ensure good lubrication and operating normally. ③ unit power machine, water pump maintenance, should be the use of instructions. ④ stop using the unit for a long time when the water in the pump body must be let go, dismantling the pump, the nozzle, wipe the water-soaked, oiled assembly, import and export of mechanical package will be good, parked in a dry place preservation. Pipeline should be washed and dried (hose rolled coils), placed in a cool dry place. Do not store the parts in a pH and high temperatures. ⑤ threads on the rack (or fast connection) and easy to grease the rusty parts should be properly stored.
